Warnings and new features for version 2.2.1
- Refer to the Vulnerability correction section of the SoftExpert Configuration component for details on the improvements implemented in this version.
- For Cloud customers, from this version onwards, MFA usage will be mandatory. See further details in the SoftExpert Configuration article.
- From versions 2.2.0.388 and 2.2.1.145 onwards, new rules related to the use of deprecated formulas in the system are in action. Refer to the SoftExpert Forms 2.2.0 new features article for further information.
- SoftExpert Action has been completely removed from the platform. Old data can be viewed through SoftExpert Analytics visions.
- The new login screen unifies the access of external users and SoftExpert Suite users. See further details in the Workspace release notes.
- The Backlog and Board menus have also been unified in SoftExpert Kanban.
- New operations have been made available in the service catalog; thus, some widgets have been discontinued. See further details in the SoftExpert Request release notes.
- The functional role feature, used often in the SoftExpert Process and SoftExpert Workflow components, has been removed from SoftExpert Suite, being migrated to the team feature.
- The 12 Box matrix is no longer supported by SoftExpert Competence; the default is now the 9 Box matrix.
- The public domain configuration is no longer supported by SoftExpert Survey.
- The stakeholder feature has been discontinued in the SoftExpert Time Control and SoftExpert Project components.
- The SoftExpert Suite Calibration, Incident, Problem, and Waste components were discontinued from version 2.2.0 onwards.
Attention
- From version 2.2.2, SoftExpert GanttChart will be discontinued; project management will be performed through Project schedule.
- From version 2.2.2 onwards, the use of the ADINTERFACE table will be discontinued. Integrations that use this table must be adjusted to use DIINTERFACE. Refer to the Integration guide for further details.
- From SoftExpert Suite version 2.2.3 onwards, installations and updates for traditional environments will no longer be supported; only Full Docker installation support will be provided.
- Moreover, as of version 2.2.3, the system will no longer support application servers with Windows Server 2016 and 2019, as well as servers with SQL Server 2014, 2016 and 2017 databases.
